By accessing our website or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By placing an order, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 18 years old
  • Are authorized to use the payment method
  • Agree to all policies, including our Return & Refund Policy

If you do not agree, do not complete the purchase.

2. PRODUCT NATURE (COLLECTIBLES)

All items sold by ASGC—including coins, graded items, trading cards, and collectibles—are:

  • Subjective in nature
  • May show natural variations in condition, tone, centering, or surface
  • Not guaranteed for future value or performance

You acknowledge that collectibles are not standardized commodities.

3. GRADING DISCLAIMER

ASGC is not a grading service.

Third-party grading companies such as Professional Sports Authenticator, Professional Coin Grading Service, and Numismatic Guaranty Company provide opinions only.

ASGC does not guarantee:

  • Any specific grade
  • That an item will receive the same or higher grade upon resubmission
  • Any increase in value

All grading-related risk is assumed by the buyer.

4. PRICING & MARKET CONDITIONS

Prices are set at the time of sale and may change at any time.

You agree:

  • Market conditions may fluctuate after purchase
  • Price changes do not qualify for refunds or adjustments

5. ORDER ACCEPTANCE & CANCELLATION

ASGC reserves the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order at any time
  • Limit quantities
  • Cancel orders suspected of fraud or pricing error

If an order is canceled, payment will be refunded.

6. PAYMENT TERMS

  • Payment is due in full at checkout
  • Orders over $10,000 are final and non-reversible
  • Wire transfers and similar payment methods are final

ASGC may require identity verification for high-value orders.

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Orders are processed within a reasonable timeframe (typically up to 10 business days unless otherwise stated)
  • Tracking will be provided when available
  • Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon confirmed delivery

ASGC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

8. TITLE & RISK OF LOSS

Ownership transfers to the buyer upon confirmed delivery.

Once delivered, ASGC is not responsible for:

  • Loss
  • Theft
  • Damage

9. RETURNS & REFUNDS

All returns are governed by ASGC’s Return & Refund Policy.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

  • Most items are final sale
  • Returns are limited to strict conditions only

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ASGC is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of value or investment loss
  • Grading outcomes or resale results

Maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the item.

11. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

You agree to contact ASGC before initiating a dispute.

Improper chargebacks may result in:

  • Account termination
  • Refusal of future service
  • Submission of evidence to dispute the claim
  • Recovery of fees and damages where permitted

12. FRAUD PREVENTION

ASGC reserves the right to:

  • Cancel suspicious transactions
  • Request identification
  • Refuse service to customers with abusive patterns

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, images, branding, and logos are the property of ASGC and may not be used without permission.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

All disputes must be resolved exclusively in New York courts.

15. MODIFICATIONS

ASGC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
